Our check-in time is after 03:00 PM, and our check-out time is before 11:00 AM. Please let us know if you have different travel times, and we will try to be as flexible as possible. Due to our high occupancy rate, early check-in or late check-out may incur an additional cost as we need to block the previous or following night of your reservation.
We welcome pets! However, please check the specifications of your reservation as there are buildings that do not allow them. We kindly ask you to take care of our properties and furniture as if they were your own to avoid any damage charges.
Our properties are located in areas of interest of each city to provide our guests with an authentic experience. This means that not all our apartment buildings are the same, so we label all our properties to clearly define which ones have covered parking and which ones offer street parking. Check the properties commodities to make sure about parking. If you have any questions before completing your reservation, feel free to contact us.
