With capacity for large groups, the property offers seven bedrooms. Four of them have king-size beds, ensuring maximum comfort. A fifth bedroom has two joined full-size beds, perfect for children or teenagers.
Additionally, there is a separate room in an annex with a king-size sofa bed and another bedroom in the basement also with a king-size sofa bed. For added functionality, the villa includes a service room in the laundry area with a single bed.
The interior of the house features a spacious and fully equipped kitchen, perfect for those who enjoy cooking together. The living-dining room is bright, cozy, and includes a television, creating a perfect space to relax after a day at the beach or on an excursion.
