*Once the reservation is confirmed, cancellations or date changes are not permitted. The payment is non-refundable.
*Minimum stay: 3 nights (year-round, except holidays). During holiday periods: 7 nights.
*Service Fee: 15% of the Rental Fee (paid directly at the property).
*Taxes: The Rental Fee and Service Fee are subject to 16% VAT.
*Refundable security deposit: USD 15,000 (charged by the host prior to check-in).
*Food and beverages: not included.
*Airport transfers and access to Beach Clubs: available at an additional cost.
