IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Once the reservation is confirmed, cancellations or date changes are not allowed. The payment is non-refundable.
Minimum stay: 3 nights (all seasons except holidays). During holiday periods: 7 nights.
Service Fee: 15% of the total Rental Fee (paid directly at the property).
Taxes: the Rental Fee and Service Fee are subject to 16% VAT.
Refundable security deposit: USD 15,000 (charged by the host prior to check-in).
Food and beverages: not included.
Airport transfers and Beach Club access: available at an additional cost.
