Wynwood House Cancellation Policy

Can't join us?

Review our cancellation policies and cancel or modify your reservation by contacting our 24/7 customer support team.

Regular stays (Up to 21 days):

Cancellation 30 days or more before the check-in date: 100% refund of the amount paid.

Cancellation between 29 and up to 15 days before the check-in date: 75% refund of the amount paid.

Cancellation between 14 and up to 7 days before the check-in date: 50% refund of the amount paid.

Cancellation less than 7 days before the check-in date: No refund of any kind is recognized.

Extended stays (More than 21 days):

Cancellation 45 days or more before the check-in date: 100% refund of the amount paid.

Cancellation between 44 and up to 30 days before the check-in date: 80% refund of the amount paid.

Cancellation between 29 and up to 15 days before the check-in date: 50% refund of the amount paid.

Cancellation less than 15 days before the check-in date: No refund of any kind is recognized.

Did you book through another website?

Check the cancellation policies with the platform that managed your reservation and contact them if you have any concerns.

Why is my cancellation fee different on other platforms?

Cancellation policies vary between travel reservation platforms due to the different criteria and standards that each one uses to approve refunds, so you should check with your reservation platform what the cancellation conditions are.

Last Minute Reservation Validation

Wynwood reserves the right to carry out additional validation on all last-minute reservations. As part of our fraud prevention policies, the Risk & Credit team will have a maximum of 20 minutes to perform the necessary checks. During this period, the reservation will remain under validation and may be rejected if inconsistencies or associated risks are detected.

If you obtained a preferential / corporate rate, please speak with your agent as they will provide you with relevant information regarding your reservation.

Please note that your refund may take up to 15 business days to be processed depending on your bank entity.

Processing Fees:

Credit card processing payment fees, including payments made through the Wynwood website and app, Booking, VRBO, Expedia, Homeaway, Agoda, Hotels, and other channels, will be deducted from all refunds and partial refunds (approximately 3% of the total payment).

No refunds are recognized after the Check-in.
