IMPORTANT INFORMATION
*Cancellations can be made up to 60 days before arrival. After this period, payments are non-refundable. Bookings for Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year’s, and Easter are non-refundable.
*A security deposit of $3,500 USD is required and will be fully refunded, provided no damage is reported to the property.
*Smoking is prohibited on the premises; violations may result in a fine of up to $500 USD.
*At least one guest aged 30 or older must be present and responsible for the group.
*Daily housekeeping is included, except on Sundays and Mexican public holidays.
