This is one of four villas that make up Alma Tierra Mar, a unique retreat nestled between Uvita and Dominical, where the tropical rainforest meets the Pacific Ocean. Spread across 2.5 ocean-view acres, this property offers a deep connection with nature: wake up to the sound of crashing waves and tropical birds, while blue morpho butterflies and howler monkeys accompany your moments of rest.
Villa Cascada accommodates up to five guests and features two ocean-view bedrooms and a spacious, modern bathroom. One bedroom includes a king-size bed, and the other offers a king bed that can be converted into two XL twin beds. Both are furnished with hotel-quality mattresses and Egyptian cotton sheets. In the living room, you’ll find a handcrafted teak daybed with an additional XL twin mattress.
The villa includes a fully equipped kitchen, perfect for preparing your favorite meals, and a private ocean-view terrace — ideal for enjoying the outdoors or watching the sunset with a glass of wine.
Guests have exclusive access to Villa Cascada, as well as shared use of the property’s pool, deck, and yoga shala.
Access to the property is secure through a gated entrance, and a 4x4 vehicle is required to reach it. The villa also offers high-speed Wi-Fi, private parking, and an adults-only atmosphere. Pets are not allowed, and the minimum rental age is 25.
