Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made at least 7 days prior to arrival are eligible for a refund. Cancellations made outside this period are non-refundable.
Noise & Gatherings: Parties or events are not allowed on the property. Only small gatherings with moderate music volume are permitted, always respecting neighbors and guests in nearby homes.
Quiet hours: From 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m., during which noise levels must be kept low.
