The house has four air-conditioned bedrooms, each with a private bathroom, balcony, and spectacular ocean views. Each space has been inspired by different cities around the world, adding character and style. From a creative room with artistic details to a suite with a trundle bed so you can enjoy the sunrise without getting up. There's even a "bunkie" bedroom, ideal for children or groups of friends, with four double beds, a play area, and a TV.
The social areas are designed for relaxing and sharing. The fully equipped designer kitchen connects to a living room with high ceilings, large windows, and direct access to the pool area. Outdoors, you'll find a palapa with a kitchen, bar, grill, bar swings, and a double outdoor shower. The third-floor terrace, or sky deck, is the perfect place for yoga, meditation, or simply enjoying the best panoramic views of the Pacific and the jungle.
In addition, the villa is equipped with all the necessary amenities for short or long stays: fiber optic Wi-Fi, Smart TVs, a reading area, double washers and dryers, fans, a safe, parking for four vehicles, and touches that make the difference such as hammocks, beach towels, and custom-made hardwood furniture. It is located within the private and secure community of Paradise Breezes, just minutes from Dominical and incredible beaches like Playa Linda and Dominicalito.
It is important to note that, due to its privileged location in the mountains, a 4x4 vehicle is required to access the property safely and comfortably. This ensures not only privacy and absolute tranquility, but also the opportunity to live an authentic experience surrounded by nature, without sacrificing luxury or comfort. This mountain retreat is the perfect combination of adventure, relaxation, and elegance.
