*Cancellations can be made up to 60 days before the arrival date. After that period, payments are non-refundable. Bookings for Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year’s, and Easter are non-refundable.
*A security deposit of $2,500 will be charged and fully refunded provided no damage is reported to the property.
*Smoking is not allowed on the premises; violations may result in a fine of up to $500 USD.
*At least one guest must be 30 years of age or older and listed as the responsible party.
*Your reservation includes daily housekeeping service, except on Sundays and Mexican public holidays.
