The entire space is designed to encourage rest and connection with the natural surroundings. The sleeping area is thoughtfully separated within the open layout. The main teak king bed, dressed in Egyptian cotton sheets and hotel-quality mattresses, can be split into two XL twin beds upon request. In front of it, there’s an elegant teak daybed with an XL twin mattress—perfect as a sofa or additional bed—comfortably accommodating up to three guests. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook and enjoy meals: oven, microwave, refrigerator, blender, toaster, coffee maker, dishwasher, pots, pans, oil, salt, pepper, plates, cutlery, wine glasses, chopsticks, bowls, and more. The studio also includes air conditioning, ceiling fan, iron, hair dryer, and thoughtful amenities like body soap, hangers, hot water, and extra linens. The private terrace is furnished with outdoor seating and a dining area—ideal for relaxing while listening to the ocean or spotting tropical birds. There’s also an outdoor shower, BBQ area with utensils, and a fire pit, perfect for stargazing nights. The infinity pool, shared with only three other villas, is surrounded by greenery and offers a peaceful spot to lounge on sunbeds under the sky. The property is fully secure and fenced, accessible only by 4x4 vehicle. Each villa has parking for one car. Pets are not allowed, and the minimum rental age is 25. The Wi-Fi connection is excellent, ideal for working remotely or staying connected while enjoying panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean.
