The 2,000-square-meter plot offers privacy and direct contact with nature. Being at the foot of the mountain, you can go hiking and explore the surroundings in a gated and secure neighborhood. The location is privileged: just 45 minutes from downtown Mendoza, 25 minutes from Chacras de Coria, 20 minutes from the Potrerillos Dam, and close to renowned wineries in the region. To get here, you’ll drive a 4 km dirt road, accessible with caution by regular vehicles.
