Cancellations can be made up to 60 days before arrival. After that period, payments are non-refundable. Reservations for Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year’s, and Easter are non-refundable.
A $3,000 security deposit will be charged and fully refunded if no damages are reported.
Smoking is strictly prohibited on the premises; violations may result in a fine of up to $500 USD.
At least one guest must be 30 years of age or older and responsible for the group.
Your reservation includes daily housekeeping service, which is not provided on Sundays or Mexican holidays.
