The fully equipped gourmet kitchen allows you to prepare any type of dish and includes a breakfast bar for 4 people, a mini bar, and a fully stocked bar area. The formal dining room seats 8, while the breakfast table in the kitchen accommodates 4 more, offering flexibility for different dining experiences. The villa also includes a washer and dryer, air conditioning, and ceiling fans to ensure total comfort throughout your stay.
The living area features a spacious lounge, HD TV, Wi-Fi, and a Bose sound system, providing high-quality entertainment. Step outside to the terrace and immerse yourself in a stunning landscape with a private pool, swim-up bar, jacuzzi, gas BBQ, and firepit. The terrace and palapa are also equipped with a sound system — perfect for enjoying music while spending time outdoors.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Cancellations can be made up to 60 days before the arrival date. After this period, payments are non-refundable. Bookings for Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year, and Easter are non-refundable.
A security deposit of $3,500 will be required and will be fully refunded as long as no property damage is reported.
Smoking is strictly prohibited; violation may result in a fine of up to $500 USD.
At least one guest must be 30 years of age or older and responsible for the group.
Pets are allowed upon prior approval and with an additional fee of $500 USD.
Your reservation includes daily housekeeping service, except on Sundays and Mexican public holidays.
