The property is located within a private and secure condominium. Vichayito Beach is only a 3-minute walk away (approximately 50 meters) via a pleasant pathway. Although the house is not beachfront, its excellent location provides quick and convenient access to the beach.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
• A security deposit of USD 200 will be required at check-in. The deposit will be fully refunded at the end of the stay, subject to a satisfactory property inspection.

• Check-out: Until 11:00 AM
• Cancellations must be made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 30 days of check-in.
