With a spacious layout, surrounded by nature, fruit trees, and unique river views, this is the perfect place to disconnect and create lasting memories with family or friends.
The property offers total privacy, as it is fully enclosed internally, and features three levels: guests will have full access to the first and second floors, as well as the basement, while the third floor is completely independent and does not interfere with your experience.
The house accommodates up to 20 people, distributed across 7 bedrooms with full-size beds: one room with 3 beds, another with 2 beds, and five individual rooms. There are three full bathrooms—one with a jacuzzi and another with a bathtub. The bedrooms do not have TVs or fans, but the peaceful surroundings and fresh climate make them unnecessary. In the main living room, you’ll find a movable 49" TV, perfect for group movie nights.
Outside, a private 20-meter-long pool, automatically lit between 6:00 p.m. and 12:00 a.m., will be the group’s favorite spot. All rooms have views of the pool and river, creating an unparalleled atmosphere of relaxation and connection with nature. You’ll also enjoy an outdoor fireplace, a barbecue area, and a game basement with a ping-pong table and a poker set.
The property covers approximately 2,200 m² within a 6,000 m² gated community, surrounded by fruit trees such as avocado, soursop, and lúcuma. In a private area not accessible to guests, we maintain a beehive that produces 100% organic avocado honey, free of pesticides. It’s a sustainable, healthy, and completely natural environment.
The house offers parking for up to 4 cars.
Please note: bath towels are not provided, so we recommend that guests bring their own.
