To access the complex, it is necessary to send photos of the IDs or passports of all guests at least 24 hours before check-in. Without this ticket, entry to Cap Cana is not permitted.
Regarding the cancellation policy:
Reservations canceled more than 30 days in advance are 100% refundable.
Cancellations made between 29 and 16 days in advance will receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations made 15 days or less before arrival are non-refundable.
