After this period, payments are non-refundable. Bookings for Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year’s, and Easter are non-refundable. A $2,500 security deposit will be charged and fully refunded as long as no damages are reported to the property. Smoking is strictly prohibited on the premises; violations may incur a fine of up to $500 USD. At least one guest must be 30 years of age or older and act as the responsible party for the group. Your reservation includes daily housekeeping service, which will not be provided on Sundays or Mexican public holidays.
