Enjoy a unique experience in the Rosario Islands in this spectacular oceanfront house with direct access to the beach. Surrounded by a paradisiacal setting, it's the perfect place to unwind and enjoy with family or friends.
The house has six bedrooms with private bathrooms and can accommodate sixteen guests. The house is rented as a full house, ensuring total privacy and comfort.
During your stay, you'll have a service staff (cook, maid, and butler) available for 12 hours a day. An American or continental breakfast is included, as well as premium bathroom amenities, concierge service, a non-alcoholic welcome cocktail, daily turndown service, and activities such as kayaking, snorkeling, board games, and a volleyball net.
Meal Fee: Guests' choice. Guests can inquire about the menu or bring their own food for the staff to prepare.
Until December 20, a service boat for up to ten people (9 a.m. to 2 p.m.) is included to explore Isla Grande. Starting December 21st, the cost will be USD 300 per day (9 a.m. to 6 p.m.). Boat transfer from Cartagena is not included, but we can help you arrange it.
Please note that parties are prohibited and music or noise is only allowed until 1:00 a.m., to respect the tranquility of the island.

*Cancellation Policy: Reservations can be canceled up to 15 days prior to check-in. After this time, there will be no refunds.
*Check-in time is 12:00 p.m. Check-out time is 9:00 a.m.
*Minors are restricted except when accompanied by their parents.
*All guests staying at the house must be properly registered and present their ID.
