Its two-story hacienda-style design creates a majestic atmosphere from the moment you enter, with grand double doors leading to an exquisite central courtyard with a fountain, surrounded by classic architectural details.
In addition to the 10 bedrooms, the property includes an independent apartment with its own entrance and kitchen, providing extra privacy for guests. The villa offers thoughtfully designed spaces for socializing: a formal dining room for 10 guests, a fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar, and an outdoor BBQ area with dining space for 6 people.
The outdoor area is a true paradise. The villa boasts a private pool overlooking the main living area, a 16-person jacuzzi, and a firepit with seating for 16, creating the perfect setting for enjoying the outdoors. You’ll also find sun loungers for relaxing in the sun and ample parking at the entrance.
Other amenities include a hot tub, Sonos sound system, gas fireplace, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and ceiling fans, as well as a dishwasher in the kitchen. IMPORTANT INFORMATION
-Cancellations can be made up to 60 days before arrival. After that period, payments are non-refundable. Bookings for Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year’s, and Easter are non-refundable.
-A security deposit of $4,500 USD will be required and fully refunded, provided no damages are reported.
-Smoking is not allowed on the property; violations may result in a fine of up to $500 USD.
-There must be at least one guest over the age of 30 responsible for the group.
-Your reservation includes daily housekeeping, except on Sundays and Mexican public holidays.
