Situated within Mar Vista, a private and secure community, the home offers access to tennis and pickleball courts, nature trails, a gym, and a poolside restaurant and bar—all surrounded by comfort and lush landscapes.
The villa features 9 comfortable bedrooms and 8.5 bathrooms, thoughtfully distributed to offer privacy and ease for all guests. Most rooms include private terraces with stunning ocean views. Outside, a private pool is surrounded by a spacious terrace perfect for outdoor gatherings, complete with a gas grill, minibar, and ice maker. Imagine sharing a family dinner at the elegant wooden dining table as the sun sets over the Pacific. Inside, a large living room, fully equipped dining area, and modern kitchen await—ideal for preparing and enjoying your favorite meals. Each space has individual air conditioning and ceiling fans to ensure your comfort at all times. A washer and dryer are also available exclusively for guest use.
Enjoy our premium concierge service, ready to assist with everything from transportation and tours to private chefs and massages. In-home breakfast can also be arranged (at an additional cost). Guests also have access to Mar Vista’s amenities such as Gracia Oceanview Restaurant, nature trails, gym, and sports courts (some amenities may require reservations or additional fees).

Smoking, parties, and loud music are not allowed. Quiet hours are from 11:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. Violation of these rules may result in cancellation of the stay without refund.
Cancellation policy: Cancellations may be made within 48 hours of booking. After that, no refunds will be issued in the event of cancellation.
