In order to access the building it is necessary to register with the following information:
- Names of each guest
- ID number of each guest (Passport#, ID card, etc.).
- Estimated time of arrival
Check-in time: 3pm
Check-out time: 11am
Please note that reservations must be made at least 48 hours in advance. This allows us to prepare for your arrival and ensure your stay is as comfortable as possible.
To enter the building and enjoy the common areas, wristbands are required and will be provided upon check-in.
These cost $6 USD per person and include access to all common areas (except the coworking space). This applies to adults and children over 5 years old. Payment will be processed through the platform upon confirmation of your reservation.
In case of loss or damage, a new wristband can be purchased for the same price.
NOTE:
-Please note that tent reservation management is a third-party service, and user approval may take time depending on the application. Their operating hours are Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM and Saturdays from 8 AM to 12 PM. Please notify us two days in advance to process your reservation.

Disclaimer: The building management informs that, for the entry of minors, a birth certificate must be presented in addition to the identity card, even when they are accompanied by their biological parents. This requirement is an internal policy established by the building management.
