At the moment, we do not offer bicycles, but we’ll gladly recommend the best places to rent them, along with suggestions for activities and local restaurants. The apartment includes two complimentary bicycles for guest use. This service is free and does not affect the cost of the reservation. We keep the bicycles in good condition, but we are not responsible for accidents or issues resulting from their use. We kindly ask that you take care of them and secure them with the provided locks. In cases of misuse or significant damage, we may request the cost of repair or reimbursement. Tulum is a destination surrounded by jungle, so occasional power outages may occur, affecting the Wi-Fi signal or water supply. Cell phone reception may also be limited in certain areas. We provide one towel per person per stay. Most of our apartments include a washer and dryer or are located near laundromats. IMPORTANT INFORMATION Cancellation Policy: Once the reservation is made, if the guest decides to cancel, no refunds will be issued. A valid credit card will be required to place a security deposit hold.
