The main floor seamlessly integrates a fully equipped gourmet kitchen with a breakfast bar, a spacious living room, and a formal dining area—all connected to the terrace and pool. The villa also features a fully stocked bar, air conditioning, washer and dryer, living room with HD TV, Wi-Fi, and every amenity for a comfortable stay. Four of the main bedrooms offer ocean views, while the second-floor rooms boast panoramic views of the coastline and surroundings. In total, Casa Lolita offers five elegantly decorated bedrooms and six luxurious bathrooms, providing ample space and comfort for guests.
Outdoor spaces include a pool, jacuzzi, palapa, wet bar, gas grill, lounge chairs, outdoor furniture, a firepit lounge, and an alfresco dining area—offering over 480 m² of outdoor living space to enjoy the weather and breathtaking views.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Cancellations can be made up to 60 days prior to arrival. After that period, payments are non-refundable. Reservations for Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year’s, and Easter are non-refundable.
A security deposit of $2,500 USD will be charged and fully refunded provided there are no damages to the property.
Smoking is prohibited on the premises; violations may result in a fine of up to $500 USD.
At least one guest must be 30 years of age or older to book and stay at the property.
Your stay includes daily housekeeping service, which is not available on Sundays or Mexican public holidays.
