Share1. Points are only accumulated by people who have a profile created from the web or the app.
2. The accumulation of points is effective from the completion of a reservation.
3. Points can be redeemed for up to 2 consecutive nights at the same property.
4. If a reservation includes Wynwood Points as part of the payment, the accumulation of points will be for the remaining value.
5. Points can only be accumulated by individuals.
6. Points are valid for 24 months. If a user makes a purchase and accumulates points, the validity period restarts.
7. The courtesy cleaning fee is only applicable for stays of 7 and 15 or more days depending on the tier where the user is staying. Jetsetter, adventurer and nomad respectively.
8. The 10% OFF discount is effective on the web or app prices.
9. To make the discount effective in OTTO must be shown as evidence in the profile where the user's status is related.
10. Transportation must be arranged at least 12 hours prior to arrival.
11. The upgrade covers up to 20% of the value of the original reservation. If the stay exceeds this amount, the guest must cover the difference.
12. Benefits are only renewed when upgrading in status.
13. CW access will be restricted when the house is fully booked.
