Earn points today
  1. Only individuals with a profile created through the website or app are eligible to earn points.
    1. For assisted bookings, points will be credited to the email associated with the reservation. However, they will only be reflected in the guest’s profile once the account setup is completed.
  2. Points are earned upon the completion of a reservation.
  3. Points can be redeemed for up to 2 consecutive nights at the same property.
  4. Points can only be earned by natural persons.
  5. Points are valid for 24 months.
  6. Points are valid for 24 months. If a user makes a purchase and accumulates points, the validity period restarts.
  7. The courtesy cleaning fee is only applicable for stays of 7 and 15 or more days depending on the tier where the user is staying. Jetsetter, adventurer and nomad respectively.
  8. The 10% OFF discount is effective on the web or app prices.
  9. To make the discount effective in OTTO must be shown as evidence in the profile where the user's status is related.
  10. Access to CW will be restricted when the property is fully booked.
  11. To access CW, guests must show their profile, which reflects their status.
  12. Access to CW is only granted during the guest's reservation period.
  13. The Wynwood Points program is subject to changes and modifications.
